In order to comply with the Leave India Notice (LIN) received on 15th February, M. left India on Wednesday 1st March. Despite the RA WCom sending several emails to plead his case with the Secretary and the Chairman of the Governing Board, no written acknowledgments nor responses were received from anyone in the AVFO. M. has still not been directly informed why he was issued a LIN.
