The community has received a letter via the Massbulletin (previously taken over by the Office of the secretary of The Auroville Foundation) that states the take over of the FAMC and the Town Development Council and announce the creation of a committee Organization & Governance Committee (OGC), The Governing Board has nominated members (Aurovilians and not Aurovilians) for these different working groups thus bypassing the due processes of Auroville Foundation and clearly bulldozing the very core of the self governance principles of Auroville as per the Foundation Act 1988.
