The dismissed and self appointed Working Committee supported by the Secretary of the Governing Board states:
” The Foundation Office communicated to us today that they are not going to accept visas recommendations with signatures by the previous WC#3 group. In a number of documents we crossed out the old names and put our names instead. This is not valid either. The request is to fill up a completely new document and send it to us for signature, as the Working Committee recognized by the Foundation. People with such forms are requested to redo their applications ASAP and send it to us. Sorry for the inconvenience.”
This means that without the signature and only the signature of the not elected by the Residents Assembly working committee members, the same who have been dismissed by a proper Decision of the Resident Assembly, the Secretary will not issue the letter of recommendation to obtain visas and visas extensions.
In this same communication to the community they clearly formulate a threat regards to the filling of the Register of Residents:
“The time for the RoR is going to finish this month. We request all those who have not filled up the papers to do so immediately to avoid big problems in the future. ”
