Yesterday, one of the appointees of the Foundation Office violently tried to remove Sathiya, the Auroville Council secretary, from the room of the Council that Aurovilians have been taking shifts to protect for more than two weeks.
This is part of their violent strategy to take over all the offices in Town Hall.
As a response, many Aurovillians gathered this morning in Town Hall to express that this kind of action is unacceptable in Auroville.
